  Campaign Strategy

  i noticed there's a private forum here for discussing campaign strategy and i understand the need for discretion in this area.

  i was just wondering how active this forum is in formulating strategies to weaken the wbts?

  i haven't seen much discussion of strategy on the other open forums.

I was just wondering how active this forum is in formulating strategies to weaken the WBTS? I haven't seen much discussion of strategy on the other open forums. How about an international boycott the meeting day for those still active?

  P.s.

  I just wanted to add that I don't particularly enjoy reading posts that are full of hatred and vitriol towards J.W's or references to them being stupid. Being under mind control has no connection with intelligence or lack of it. There are some very intelligent people here, most of whom once were witnesses.

  I am still working my way through the "best of" sub-forum. I enjoy reading about doctrinal flip-flops, history of the borg, scandals etc. I enjoy reading personal experiences, especially of how others who are still in like me are coping. I like reading rumours of coming changes because it allows me to get my head around it ahead of time and then use the opportunity to subtly make others think.

  the nightmare scenario is slowly unravelling for the wts.. since 1935 , wtbts policy was to shut up the kingdom of heaven by implying that any new anointed was at best misled & at worst a fake.

  franzs replacement theory did little to help matters.

  this suppressed many jws from becoming anointed.. recent wt articles & changes in thought has resulted in a surge in jws claiming this status.

  They believe it's coming. Whether they believe it's imminent is another question. I think like most JW's they put it 5-10 years off. That way it never arrives. It's like the pub with the "Free beer tomorrow" sign in the window.

  I read somewhere, probably on this site, that disfellowshipped partakers will not be counted.

  How do they know if you're disfellowshipped? Turn up at a hall you're not known at, partake and clear off as it finishes.

  Dubs and doorbells -- has there been some "new light"?

  this afternoon my husband looked out the window and saw two unmistakable dubs shuffling up our street.

  he didn't have time to warn me before they came to our door (he knows i get a bit testy whenever they visit).

  i was in a nearby room, but heard nothing, saw nothing.

  when i think back, i remember being excited in the 80's.

  i remember the 5p food token strips at twickenham, london.

  you could get hot fresh doughnuts and burgers.

  Shooting a sneaky peek at the apostates standing outside with banners as my parents tried to whisk us past whispering "don't look, they're the evil slave"! Most of them looked like JK666's avatar. It was the late 70's/early 80's.
